Han Yi partner Anna Yu has recently been invited by China Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (“CVCA”), a leading industry association in China's PE & VC community, to give a training lecture on the topic of exit via trade-sales by PE and VC funds for CVCA’s 2019 China Private Equity and Venture Capital Investment Management Course Series. While summarizing typical exit routes for PE and VC funds, Ms. Yu has focused on the trade-sale route and covered such areas as the typical process of an exit, formulation of transaction structures, key transaction terms, and closing and post-closing matters. She also shared quite some practical legal advice on important execution details for a typical trade-sale exit with the CVCA member investors.
