JASON WANG Associate

Jason Wang is an associate of Han Yi, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, capital market and general corporate matters. Before joining Han Yi, Mr. Wang interned with a few renowned PRC law firms where he was involved in several overseas listing deals, cross-border energy trade transactions, and other cross-border investment and financing transactions. Mr. Wang holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Hong Kong and a double bachelor's degree in Economics and Law from the University of New South Wales, Australia. He is qualified to practice in both Australia (New South Wales) and China and is proficient in English and Chinese.
