WALTER WU Associate

Walter Wu is an associate of Han Yi, specializing in PE/VC, M&A, capital market and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Han Yi, Mr. Wu worked for several years with a leading PRC law firm where he was involved in multiple PE/VC investments, M&As, domestic and overseas IPOs and bond offerings deals, and advised a wide range of clients, including PRC state-owned enterprises, listed companies, financial institutions, small and medium-sized growth enterprises, and foreign enterprises, among others. Mr. Wu graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (LL.M.) and Xiamen University (LL.B. & B.A. in History). He is a registered PRC lawyer and is proficient in English and Chinese.
