All of our partners were trained at top tier Chinese and foreign law schools and have practiced for many years with leading PRC law firms and/or prestigious international law firms. ROY ZHOU Associate

Roy Zhou is an associate of Han Yi, specializing in private equity investments, M&A, capital market, dispute resolution and general corporate matters. Before joining Han Yi, Roy has worked with several well-known PRC law firms and also served as an in-house counsel at a large-scale PRC state-owned investment group where he was involved in various private equity, M&A, capital market and debt financing projects, and was in charge of legal and compliance matters for several portfolio companies engaged in internet and fintech industries. Roy earned his LL.M. degrees from both the University of Bristol and Zhejiang University and had college education at East China University of Political Science and Law. He is qualified to practice in China and fluent in English and Chinese.
